Services

Our Student Services Department is a valuable source of information and ensures that all students at Cape Town Language Centre are well taken care of and receive nothing but the best service. We strive towards excellence in the following areas:

Accommodation

Students can choose from a variety of options to suit their individual needs and budget.

Activities

We have a dynamic social program which includes excursions around the city, school parties, barbecues, sporting activities and competitions. The best way to improve your English and make new friends is to become a part of our social club.

Airport Pickup

CTLC has an airport pickup officer who will meet students at the airport and take them to their accommodation. If students book homestay accommodation through us, the host family will meet you personally at the airport. Transfer on departure is also available.

Counselling

Our students have ready access to the expert advice and counseling of our experienced staff regarding a variety of issues relating to their courses and possibilities of further study. Our staff are also readily available to discuss any problems, in confidence, which students might encounter. In short, staff will do all we can to make sure that students have a memorable stay in Cape Town.

Orientation

The first day of school is very important, as is the rest of the students time with us. The Student Services Department will assist students with opening a bank account, transportation, lesson times, city tours and anything else the student might require.
